Krystal (Gibbens) McCool

Krystal is a recently licensed intellectual property attorney. She currently concentrates her practice on patent litigation. Additionally, she practices other aspects of intellectual property, including licensing, copyrights, and trademarks. Her trademark experience includes filing new applications, responding to office actions, and trademark maintenance. Additionally, Krystal has also conducted research for and drafted many freedom to operate opinions and compliance reports.

Prior to joining Ni, Wang & Massand as an associate in 2015, Krystal worked at the firm while in law school as an extern from May until July of 2014 and then as an intern from August until December of 2014.  Krystal also previously interned in criminal law and with Texas Access to Justice.
